Their seamless industrial pipes are used in machine-building, manufacturing of oil and gas downhole equipment and accessories, hydraulics, boiler and process equipment, in the chemical industry and in the production of bearings. Our clients parent company operates multiple production sites in Russia, Romania and Kazakhstan and it has one of the worlds largest steel pipe production capacity.

As the Inside Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Inside Sales department by utilizing your successful catalogue of skills and talents to successfully perform the following responsibilities:
* Coordinate documentation and information between Customers, claims, field services and the sales department during the claims process.
* Provide status reports on claims to COO, and Inside Sales department as needed.
* Processing of customer sales orders as directed by Sales Personnel, which may include data entry, printing, scanning, proofing, faxing, etc.
* Create memos, emails, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested.
* Maintain Sales share S: drive and all corresponding documents.
* Data entry into word processing documents, spreadsheets, or databases as needed.
* Assembles all invoices and related documentation in files; copies files to corresponding mills.
* Assist in other special assignments, as required including preparing and making quotations to our clients.
**Qualifications:**
* Associates degree.
* At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or clerical support role preferred.
* Proficient with MS Office.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team player attitude.
