Job DescriptionSummer 2025 Internship in Production Operations organization. Candidate will perform Industrial Engineering related tasks in support of Production Operations at our Missiles and Fire Control Orlando facility.Candidate must be pursuing a 4 year engineering degree from an accredited college or university. Candidate must be able to apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields as well as support continuous improvement activities. Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.This position is for a Summer 2025 internship.Basic QualificationsCurrently enrolled in an accredited degree program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering Must have the ability to obtain facility access.Desired skillsFamiliar with basic Industrial Engineering principlesExperienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, access, word and excel). Knowledge of facilities layouts, time studies, simulation and teaming. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $53,664 - $61,672. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
