Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our law firm as an immigration paralegal. This role will be part of our national immigration practice, supporting corporate clients, and reports directly to the partners in our Immigration Practice Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft visa petitions and other necessary documents for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State.
  • Interact with clients from various organizations, professions, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Conduct fact-finding, gather and review source documents and materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
  • Manage client cases to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken.

Requirements:

  • Preferably prior experience as an immigration paralegal; experience as a paralegal with significant writing involved will also be considered (writing samples will be requested during interviews).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating capability for success in the role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading complex documents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan work assignments effectively to meet client needs.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing actively within a dedicated team.

Recruitment Details:

  • Competitive compensation based on education and relevant prior experience.
  • FLSA Classification: Salaried Non-exempt.
  • Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
