Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex immigration cases, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position in the legal industry, and the successful candidate will be required to hold a Florida State Bar license and be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of immigration law, including permanent residency, citizenship, and naturalization.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal proceedings and appeals.
- Attend interviews and hearings with clients and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy and advise clients accordingly.
- Manage a caseload of immigration matters and ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals
Qualifications:
- Florida State Bar license is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law.
- Fluent in Spanish highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
