About the Role:

• The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant Senior will assess, analyze, propose Marketing and Public Relations strategies, and manage the implementation of multiple complex products or function plans across all entities of the organization.
• They will consult with Hospital Marketing Directors, Presidents, and System Senior Executives to determine business objectives and market segments and develop plans for achieving them.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate market data, competitive information, and financial data to determine effective Marketing and Public Relations strategies to accomplish business goals.
• Plan and manage budgets for implementing Marketing and Public Relations Programs.
• Lead a designated team to plan, execute, and measure marketing and public relations support to the organization to accomplish business goals.
• Serve as Marketing and Public Relations Counsel to Business Leaders by providing marketplace evaluation, technical expertise, and problem resolution.
• Convene System participants in each product to reach a consensus on strategies.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in developing and implementing Marketing and Public
• Relations strategies.
• Knowledge of budget management.
• Leadership skills to lead a team effectively.
