Job Description

In the role of Head of Distribution at Natural State Beer Company you will be accountable for the sales volume and revenue, distribution, key distributor relationships, and performance results. This position reports directly to our General Manager and works closely with the brewers and production crew. We are offering $12/ hour plus 10% sales commission on product sold.

The Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing and delivery of our beer throughout Northwest Arkansas.
• Establish strong customer relationships and provide leadership on industry and category dynamics
• Develop a strategic customer plan that exceeds volume, revenue and distribution goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, delivery and distributor management
• Understanding of retail markets, market strategy and execution, and the 3- tier distribution system preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs, the weight of a full 1/2 BBL Keg
• Must have a clean driving record with no DWI in last 5 years
• 2 + Years Experience using Fintech Management System
• Strong communication skills are required
