Full-Time/ Part time

Super Awesome Cuts is looking for awesome stylists who want to join a new, fun and creative salon. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members.

Pay: Hourly rate + Cash tips + Retail commission

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
A positive attitude is essential, along with a dedication to delivering a fun and memorable haircut experience for the clients.

• Ability to effectively listen to and communicate with children and parents
• Be able to complete a range of salon services, such as hair cutting and styling
• Proficiency in clipper cuts and fades is necessary.
• Ability to create both basic and intricate braids.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards.
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.
• Maintain cleanliness in the salon.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and Valid California Cosmetology license
• Barber license
• Minimum one year experience desired; New cosmetology license stylist welcome!
• Open Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday
