Description:
Ultimate owner of performance metrics including member experience, gym operations standards, safe and legal, net gain and EBITDA targets. Responsible for owning and driving action across changing business priorities as a result of the current trading landscape.
-Devising, owning and executing plans based on current business priorities
-Drive performance against our key KPIs; NPS, google reviews, joiner target, net gain, gym EBITDA, PT rental income, vending ancillary, safe and legal
-Deliver a safe & legal environment in your club at all times ensuring policies and procedures are always adhered to.
-Ensure first class delivery of our TrainSafe principles at all times to keep your team and members safe
-Deliver operational excellence through following the Fit to Run rhythm and routine and ensuring all activity is carried out ‘right first time.’
-Developing a culture and leading a team to deliver consistent and amazing member experience
-Role model and coach your team to understand and demonstrate high performance in all areas of their responsibilities.
-Responsible for attracting and retaining talent through ongoing and consistent development conversations
-Ensure a quality onboarding and induction journey is being delivered to all new team members to set them up for success
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for the club
- Develop the AGM to full operational capability
- Liaising with, managing and maintaining quality service with all third party providers i.e. cleaning providers, gym facilities and gym equipment
- Continue to review and ensure there is a fit for purpose quality group exercise offering
- Commercial and competitor awareness to create a competitive advantage
- Owning the local marketing plan for brand awareness, brand penetration and driving footfall to the gym

- Understands how to provide a strong Group timetable that benefits their members.
- Will be an ambassador for the PureGym brand, who lives and breathes our values and role models them to their team to drive the right culture in club.
- Has experience of building and leading a high performing team and ability to manage performance and develop talent.
- Demonstrates a strength in attracting talented Personal Trainers to Pure Fitness and helping them build or enhance a successful business.
- Has meticulous attention to detail, is tenacious, shows real integrity and has the desire to do the right thing to a high standard at all times.
- Is structured and organised when managing their time.
- Has strong commercial acumen and a real determination to succeed.
- Takes ownership of their own personal development.
- Is very flexible in their approach to hours worked, putting the needs of the business first and ensuring increased presence during key commercial periods.
- Has good working knowledge of basic IT, Microsoft packages and a sound knowledge of social media platforms.
