As a vital part of our team, you'll:
- Perform document conversion, destruction, audit and records management tasks
- Handle physical responsibilities, such as filing, re-shelving, document storage, and mailroom operations
- Follow specific, detailed procedures to complete repetitive clerical tasks
- Must meet and maintain production and quality goals
- Work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
Qualifications Experience Requirement: Minimum two (2) years of work experience, once of which is directly related.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum six (6) months' experience in file room, document storage, warehouse, production or similar roles
- Must be 18 years of age and Valid U.S. citizenship for at least 3 consecutive years
- The ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Obtain & retain a Government Public Trust Security Authorization (credit check included)
- Strong computer skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail
Performance Requirements: - Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, applies common sense understanding to carry out written, oral or diagram instructions.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
- Reading and keyboard skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Position requires ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds repetitively
- Position requires ability to push/pull, transport objects using assistive equipment on a repetitive basis.
- Must have mental ability to concentrate on fine detail such as daily report conciliation
Mental/Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, use repetitive hand/wrist motions, withstand heights, stand/sit for prolonged periods, and assist with unloading and receiving inventory, and ability to push/pull, transport objects using assistive equipment on a repetitive basis. Must have visual ability to see objects closely as in reading and use of computer monitor.
