We are currently interviewing for a Dining Services Director for our Assisted Living, Mind & Memory and Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is a key contributor with authority and creative latitude to positively influence our top tier dining service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Provides leadership, support and guidance to Dining team
• Interacts effectively with residents, families and staff
• Directs food service for three small but busy outlets on campus
• Maintains DPH and EOEA regulatory standards through documentation, daily rounds, pre-audits
• Develops diverse menus and maintains inventory
• Responsible for scheduling and payroll

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Strong background (3-5 yrs) in high end, fast-paced food production/management
• Demonstrated experience with consistently producing quality meals
• Prior senior living and/or skilled nursing experience a plus
• ServeSafe, Food Management Certification or CDM and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
