Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food, hospitality, and team leadership. They will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for achieving restaurant goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and job performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and cultivate strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
