"I can succeed as an Experience Designer at Capital Group."
As an Experience Designer at CG, you will partner with business and creative teams to plan, envision, and create digital experiences for marketing to our B2B2C financial advisor client audiences.
In this hands-on creative role, you will collaborate directly with content writers, designers, product managers and business team leads. You will learn how we research, envision, and build a range of digital experiences including product storefronts, landing pages, and social marketing. Our omnichannel touch points aim for customer centricity, cohesion, and ease of use to elevate our marketing communications and brand presence.
We are looking for you to bring forward best practices in user experience design, and work to continuously advance the process of creative problem solving. There will be regular opportunities to partner with design leads to build and facilitate ideation workshops focused on identifying and addressing client needs and core objectives with our digital platforms.
A key attribute of this role on our design team is to bring an action-oriented mindset. We seek motivated partners that share an interest in continuously cultivating an environment for creative exploration and advancing our working processes as a design team collective.
