Summary of Position
Responsible for implementing, monitoring and managing the Environmental, Health and Safety Programs for Harris Products Group in Gainesville, Georgia, in compliance with city, state, Federal, LECO, rules and regulations. Creates a work environment that is safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly.
Key Deliverables
Safe work practices; Timely reporting to LECO, State of Georgia and Federal Government; Oversees and assists accident investigations; Waste reduction, compliant environmental health and safety programs and discharge levels.

Safety, DART Rate, TRC Rate, waste, and environmental metrics for Gainesville, Lean Project Completion, EBITB, workers’ compensation costs
