Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience assisting senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components.
Responsibilities:

• Support the design of electrical components, systems, and products.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and testing electrical system and equipment.
• Draft schematics, layouts, and other technical documentation to support project needs.
• Conduct research on electrical components or systems for new or enhanced products and processes.
• Perform circuit analysis and simulations using appropriate electrical engineering software.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems or components during testing and implementation.

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Successful completion of the FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency in electrical design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP ...).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired (Additional) Skills:

• Experience with power systems design and analysis.
• Interest in electrical design engineering on power delivery projects
• Knowledge of the NEC, IEEE, and IEC codes, standards, and laws that govern electrical power systems.

Security Requirements:
Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility requirements to obtain/maintain a Final Secret Security Clearance
