What we get

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth, preferably within an agency environment. Minimum of 5+ years of experience with managing and developing a team of subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Innovate: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with client KPIs and business objectives, driving measurable growth in organic traffic and conversion rates across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of SEO subject matter experts to help team and individual growth, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as the senior SEO expert in client engagements, providing strategic counsel, presenting performance insights, and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
  • Technical SEO Mastery: Oversee and ensure the implementation of advanced technical SEO audits and solutions, including but not limited to, URL structure optimization, schema markup, canonicalization, and site architecture improvements.
  • Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies that enhance organic visibility and align with brand messaging and audience needs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust analytics frameworks to monitor, report, and act on key SEO metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability in client results.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of SEO and digital marketing trends, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and external stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and industry events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including paid search, social media, and web development, to create integrated marketing strategies that maximize overall performance.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine SEO processes and workflows, leveraging new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
