Day to day as a Director of Public Works

As the Director of Public Works at Ferguson Township, you will operate under the direction of the Township Manager, ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the Public Works Department. This pivotal role encompasses both supervisory and administrative responsibilities in delivering essential municipal public works services. Your focus will be on administering and directing departmental operations, which includes developing a comprehensive budget and a strategic capital improvement plan.
