Sign-On Bonus $5000 - $10000 and Therapist Incentive Program, 401K match

Compensation Range: $85000 - $105000; Based on Experience; Profit Sharing

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Director to join our team for an immediate start date at our West clinic location in Tucson, Arizona. 

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
• Review the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required.
• Provides direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Holds responsibility for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Completes a written plan of care, develops goals based on evaluation findings, and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implements physical therapy treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• one plus years of experience preferred in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
• Exercise and manual-based skills and sports rehab.
• Current state of Arizona license, CPR certification.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care.
• Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!
