Job Description

Is the primary representative of the Cantata campus communities providing guidance and direction to achieve "Best Life" living arrangements and care options for current future residents and families Cantata Adult Life Services. Also responsible for working with, and providing support for, all of Cantata Adult Life Service's ("Cantata") various business segments in accordance with policies and procedures, current federal, state and facility standards, guidelines and regulations governing its facilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: This description is intended only to identify the basic responsibilities and requirements of this job classification and does not prevent the assignment of other job-related duties. Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodation.

1. Manages the production and design of content across multiple media channels including the CANTATA websites, social media (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter), email marketing (Constant Contact), employee newsletters, client newsletters, blogs, webinars, advertisements and other channels as identified.
2. Responsible for the management of all the Cantata websites maintenance and search engine optimization using the CMS to update and improve content, ensuring the site structure is search engine efficient, providing maintenance of target keywords and phrases (with a supporting content plan to drive better rankings), ensuring all SEO activity is aligned to the services of the organization.
3. Working a knowledge of ad serving tools: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
4. Uses content management system (CMS) to publish content on website. Tracks and reports on all site metrics.
5. Manages the production and design of all service line and branding collateral materials
6. Experience in utilizing CRM tools for lead generation
7. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
8. Proficiency in editing and positive tone in e-mails and in written and verbal communication
9. Willing to take an idea and run with it whether it is writing a story, developing a web tool, or creating a design piece that is needed.
10. Works efficiently and is known as a self-starter. Sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to do it

Requirements

1. University/College graduate or equivalent.
2. Must be decisive and self reliant. Must love all things technical, digital, video, social media & web.
3. Must have ability and/or experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, graphic design, website content management, digital photography, video production and social media.
4. Must be passionate about digital marketing including SEO, social media, web video and e-mail marketing.
5. Graphic design ability/experience a huge plus.
6. Must be versed in the major social media networks. Should have a presence on social networks and/or previous experience with a personal or corporate blog.
7. Must have proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
8. Must have the ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight deadlines
9. Has the keen ability to always be coming up with new content ideas/angles to market programs and services, and make changes to content based on analytic performance.
10. With the appropriate brand education, develops an astute understanding of the Cantata brand. Always adheres to Cantata Brand Standards and spreads knowledge of brand standards to other employee-partners.
11. Has the abililty to create content plans/schedules and carry them out.
12. Must be a good writer with highly developed and demonstrated social web skills. Must have previous experience using Google Analytics.
13. Ability and willingness to effectively work with individuals and groups with diverse needs and abilities.
14. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
15. Ability and willingness to work harmoniously within a team environment.
16. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Aptitude for detail work.
17. Highly computer literate with superior technical skills. Spanish language ability a plus.
