Job Summary The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital presence across various platforms. This role focuses on website management, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social media, email marketing, and blog content planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Primary Responsibilities Website Management: •Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
•Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement updates, new pages, and performance improvements.
•Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
PPC Management: •Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media.
•Manage ad budgets, track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI), and generate performance reports.
•Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
SEO Management: •Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
•Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content, meta tags, and site structure.
•Monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports on ranking improvements and search visibility.
Social Media Management: •Manage and create content for the company's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
•Plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track engagement metrics.
•Develop social media campaigns that align with broader marketing goals and promote brand visibility.
Email Marketing: •Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
•Build and segment email lists for targeted messaging, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
•Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize for better results.
Blog Planning & Content Creation: •Develop a blog content calendar aligned with SEO strategies and business goals.
•Collaborate with writers and internal teams to produce informative, engaging blog posts.
•Track blog performance and adjust improve traffic and lead generation.
Other Requirements •5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, and website management.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Wix, SEMrush, etc.).
•Proven experience in managing successful PPC and SEO campaigns.
•Google Ads and Analytics certification.
•Experience using CRM, email platforms, and automation tools like Pipedrive, Mailchimp, or similar.
•Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
•Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing strategies.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
