THIS POSITION IS REMOTE BUT REQUIRED CANDIDATES LIVE IN: Montgomery, Howard, Caroll, Frederick and other local Maryland Counties due to onsite meetings. Maryland Candidates only.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and update our website and social media platforms while assisting in various marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, fully remote position ideal for someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update the organization's website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Oversee social media accounts by developing, scheduling, and posting content that enhances the organization's presence across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and increase reviews on platforms such as Google, responding professionally to customer feedback while adhering to privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, to promote the organization's services and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing materials that support outreach and fundraising efforts.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and visibility.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product management team to enhance service offerings.
  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies designed to boost brand recognition and drive conversions through targeted efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and website management.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Salary and Benefits: $50,000-$55,000
