Digital Commerce Manager
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital/eCommerce Manager to oversee the digital operations and online presence of our family of brands. This role is essential for managing website performance, and driving customer acquisition, and retention. This position will work closely with IT, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences, increase sales, and optimize conversion rates. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach and stay ahead of market trends to enhance the digital online experience continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Website Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website.
• Work with web developers and designers to ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

  Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing campaigns/landing pages.

Sales and Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights to senior management.

  Qualifications, Skills, Traits, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in progressive B2C digital commerce or ecommerce roles including manager.

• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency is required using the Salesforce Commerce platform, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
• Highly analytical and data-driven leader.
• Ability to drive cross-functional change with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to successfully establish priorities and manage time efficiently while working under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
