Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Essential Functions

• Ensure proper collections for services rendered; copays, deductibles, co-insurance and balances.
• Manage/correct employee timecards and PTO.
• Maintain the staffing schedule for office location.
• Oversee IT within office location and provide low-level basic IT support.
• Coordinate and oversee all maintenance for office location.
• Inventory and order all supplies, products and materials for office location
• Monitor and evaluate office facility continually including maintaining any licenses with expirations, timely updating of marketing materials and monthly specials, OSHA and HIPAA regulations and updates, biohazard regulations and annual inspections.
• Ensure that all employee manual guidelines are followed by employees and enforce as necessary.
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
• Facilitate events including cosmetic events, staff and holiday events, etc.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to spend a great deal of the day walking, standing, moving and manipulating equipment, as well as lifting and moving objects, equipment and supplies. It is reasonable to anticipate lifting 20-25 pounds in any given day.
