Data Entry Specialist Description

We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Specialist eager to contribute to our team.

This position is responsible for the accurate transcription of content and preserving the quality of our client's diverse linguistic assets within their systems. Your scrupulous nature and commitment to excellence are vital for ensuring the precision and availability of information.

Responsibilities

• Enter system data both accurately and efficiently
• Keep database records updated and maintained
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure data quality
• Work alongside team members to rectify data inconsistencies
• Produce reports derived from the entered data

Requirements

• Two or more years’ background in data entry with an emphasis on meticulousness
• Familiarity with Jira
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
• Proficiency to engage in a collaborative team setting
• Strong skill set in organization
