Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Infiniti of Akron. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, combining the responsibilities of a receptionist with the expertise of conducting new car overviews and demonstrations in our showroom. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and well-stocked.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dealership’s front desk calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
* Customer Experience:
  • Conduct comprehensive new car overviews and demonstrations for customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Facilitate the delivery process for new car purchases, ensuring all paperwork is complete and the customer is satisfied with their new vehicle.
  • Provide customers with a detailed walkthrough of their new car’s features, including technology and safety functions.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
* Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and provide information on various models and features.
  • Coordinate test drives and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer use.
  • Support the sales process by preparing necessary documents and ensuring a smooth transaction experience for customers.
* Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the dealership.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales support role, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position, requiring flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Primarily indoor work environment with frequent interaction with customers and staff.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of promotional materials or customer documents.
