The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing creative teams and projects, with a preference for those who have experience in the fast-paced retail industry . Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Navigate the fast-moving retail environment, adapting to shifting priorities and demands.
• Maintain strong communication and organization to keep projects on track.

• Must-have: Proven experience managing and partnering with creative teams and projects.
• Strongly preferred: Retail industry experience, with an understanding of its pace and demands.
• Experience working in Basecamp is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
