We are seeking a Creative Agency Account Manager with agency experience for a contract-to-hire role in Englewood, CO. This role will be onsite/ in the office and support an in-house ad agency's multi-brand portfolio. 

In this role, you will: 

• Be the liaison between internal client partners and creative teams shepherding each project from intake to delivery
• From strategy to delivery, manages client partner communication and expectations on creative work.
• Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.
• Manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics. Essential to guiding projects through the creative development process
• Captures pertinent communication and creative project expectations as the agency liaison.
• Coordinates day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requests
• Communicates frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and priorities
• Supports all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps

• Undergraduate degree and 7-10 years experience
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders 
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: experience working in video content delivery services, broadcasting
• Experience working in an agency

This will be a contract-to-hire position in Englewood, CO. This role will work onsite/ in the office collaborating between the creative teams and internal partners. This role will pay between $85,000 to $110,000 per year after permanent employment conversion along with a comprehensive benefit package.
