Job Description
The Corporate Trainer for the Northeast region at Stratton Amenities is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve employee performance. The trainer ensures all team members embody the high standards of service that define Stratton Amenities. The role also includes providing emergency shift coverage and requires travel within the region once per month.
