Key Responsibilities:
Technical Reviews & Onboarding: - Lead the technical review process for new hires.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure all staff are fully trained and prepared.
Training & Curriculum Development: - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and curriculums for esthetic services and lash techniques.
- Monitor and create performance plans to assess staffs technical progress and determine their suitability for permanent employment.
- Continuously identify opportunities for ongoing education and skill development and organize staff lash, esthetic, and customer service training.
- Manage third-party training leads and inquiries, coordinating and scheduling private and group training sessions, with the opportunity to earn commission on classes conducted.
Service Steps Implementation: - Create and refine service steps for esthetic and lash services, ensuring consistency across all locations.
Quality Control & Performance Management: - Ensure technical quality control by administering performance reviews and improvement plans across all corporate locations.
- Train location leads and managers on administering training, performance reviews, and developing effective performance plans.
Customer Experience: - Facilitate an exceptional customer experience for all GIRLKIN clients, ensuring satisfaction with every service.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the business.
Travel is required for this role.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in lash training
- Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with a strong understanding of lash services. A certification in lash extensions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with salon operations is a plus.
