The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and a track record of success in working with small and mid-sized businesses, particularly in the IT integration sector.Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, government contracts, and industry standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.

Audit Preparation: Prepare for and coordinate financial audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Controller in a similar industry, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses.
3. Familiarity with government contracts and regulations, especially in the IT integration sector.
4. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
