Role:  Full Time – Content Marketing Specialist

Annual Salary:  $85k

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing BlueFletch’s content marketing strategy. This position focuses on creating high-quality, engaging content that communicates our brand voice, educates our target audience, drives engagement, and generates quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, familiarity with content trends, and the ability to work across multiple platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy   

  • Develop and execute BlueFletch’s content marketing strategy across multiple channels, including WordPress, ABM email campaigns, nurture sequences, conferences, partnerships, and social media.
  • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, videos, and social media posts to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall business goals.
  • Develop messaging that supports the buyer’s journey and resonates with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Build relationships with OEMs and resellers to develop joint marketing materials.
  • Repurpose content creatively into new assets, highlighting BlueFletch’s solutions and optimizing for SEO.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone, maintaining consistency across platforms.

Video & Audio Content Production   

  • Work with the marketing team to plan, script, film, and edit videos, podcasts, and webinars that highlight BlueFletch’s offerings.
  • Produce and manage webinars and podcast series, including scheduling guests and managing the postproduction process.

Social Media Management   

  • Manage organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop content calendars for LinkedIn and other social channels, ensuring alignment with BlueFletch’s brand voice and product launches.
  • Monitor social media trends and optimize content based on performance analytics.

Analytics & Ongoing Optimization

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Specialist to measure and analyze campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Monitor content performance, adjusting strategies to enhance engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on content metrics to inform future content strategies and experimentation.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

  • Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging content formats to keep BlueFletch’s messaging innovative.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine content processes, guidelines, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and business results.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content for blogs, social media, podcasts, videos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress), SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs and tools like Figma, Canva, and basic video editing software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in mobile devices, hardware resellers, or software distribution.
  •  Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
  •  Ability to translate technical information into relatable, audience-friendly content.
  •  Experience with video editing & design tools.
