DrayNow is revolutionizing intermodals first and last mile to create unexpected opportunities and exceptional value.? Our goal is to make intermodal - which is the most environmentally sustainable mode of domestic freight transportation - more efficient, more cost-effective, and ultimately the predominant mode for moving domestic freight. As a Marketing Manager at DrayNow, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual who can blend creativity with analytical skills to manage and optimize a diverse range of marketing activities and is always hungry to learn. You will work with the Director of Business Enablement to craft and optimize winning strategies that serve our strategic needs across diverse stakeholder groups. You will also work cross-functionally in collaboration with Operations and Sales departments to support our Carrier and Customer Success programs. Responsibilities: Content Creation : Develop, write, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, website, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategy, and supports our SEO goals Marketing Campaign Design & Execution : Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. Database Marketing & Marketing Automation:

Manage and optimize the marketing database to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Social Media Management:

Oversee the companys social media presence across platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies, create content calendars, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty and drive traffic. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Management:

Design, implement, and manage SEM campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and display advertising. Analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness. Marketing Calendar & Event Administration:

Develop and maintain a detailed marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and events. Coordinate and manage marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches. May include travel. Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience. Additional certifications are a plus. Successful track record of strong written communication skills displayed via published branded content Proven experience in a marketing execution role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools. Hands-on experience with SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads) and SEO best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving. Additional Skills: Experience with CRM systems and database management. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel to events and trade shows.
