Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Social Media, Influencers, PR and Community to lead and grow our online presence, partnerships, and brand community. This role of Community Manager will manage a team of specialists focusing on each pillar -Social Media, Influencers, and Community—while overseeing agency partners to deliver strategic, engaging, and results-driven campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Management development and execution of the PRISE Communications Strategy, working closely with the Director of Communications, Internal Leads, and Agency Partners as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-schedule.
  • Manage and mentor a team of specialists dedicated to social media, influencers, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to develop cohesive campaigns and content.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social and influencer marketing.

Public Relations

  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to execute PR strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Support the management of PR agency partners to ensure effective media outreach, press release distribution, and coverage tracking.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for brand storytelling and securing media placements that enhance brand visibility.
  • Support in the creation and editing of verbal and written communication for internal and external communications

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall brand objectives as well as cultural moments and trends
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across all social platforms, delegate to internal teams and agency partners as needed
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth in reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support the management of Social agency partners to fulfill above objectives as assigned

Influencer Marketing

  • Lead the strategy and execution of influencer partnerships to amplify brand awareness and drive conversions, delegate to internal teams and agency partners as needed
  • Manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support the management of Influencer agency partners to fulfill above objectives as assigned

Community Building, Engagement, Experiential

  • Manage planning, execution and follow-up of IRL community events as needed
  • Attend events on evenings and weekends from time to time
  • Foster and grow a passionate and engaged brand community across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen relationships with loyal customers, advocates, and brand fans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or community management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Experience managing teams and external agency partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus.
