Evans is a growing company that is investing for its future. We are headquartered in Western New York and have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager at our corporate headquarters. The primary role of the Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager is to provide high level support to the Relationship Managers and Commercial Lending team on select credits. Duties include proactively managing a portfolio by answering customer calls, annual review of credits, documentation preparation, loan closings and history sheets. The incumbent will work with the Commercial Banking team and credit department to structure and prepare loans for approval on assigned loans. This individual is responsible for continuous follow-up and customer contact to secure appropriate documentation in the absence of the lending officer. The incumbent will manage their own portfolio of customers and may work to attempt to grow portfolio as well as cross sell other products including loan products, bank services, insurance services and investment services.

This position is anticipated to pay a base rate between $57,560/annually and $84,421/annually. This rate does not include potential incentive pay and benefits paid for by the company which may be in addition to the base rate of pay. The base rate of pay is determined by factors such as required experience, skill set needed, business impact of position, value of budget oversight and people management, among other factors. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to answer specific questions you may have regarding the base pay range for this position.
