CNC FINISHER/DEBURR SUMMARY:

A primary role of deburring is to inspect finished products to ensure they comply with legal, organizational, or client specifications. Inspecting parts using manual gauges, micrometers, and instruments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures. Strong technical skills, ability to interpret 2-D drawings and GD&T, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.

CNC FINISHER/DEBURR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deburring/finishing parts of different materials (aluminum, steel, titanium, plastics, and other materials).
• Washing parts.
• Packaging parts for shipment.
• Manual ink banding on finished parts.
• Light assembly.
• General labor where needed.
• Some shipping clerk responsibilities.
• Follow Shop Traveler and Drawing Instructions.
• Cleaning Parts.
• Inspect own Work.
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

CNC FINISHER/DEBURR QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of experience in finishing/deburring experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Hours: 6:00a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (OT as needed)
