Sales Bizlab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary duties will involve handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. You will be trained on our products and services, allowing you to provide accurate information and solutions tailored to individual customer needs

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
• Offer additional products or services to customers based on their needs and inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts with professionalism.
• Familiarity with customer service software and telephone systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
