Honor Brewing Company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Craft Brewery Brand Ambassador. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors in Norfolk, VA Beach, and occasionally Chesapeake. Samplings are generally 3 hours, Friday evenings and midmorning early afternoon and evenings on Saturdays and Sundays, at these locations: AAFES, Fresh Market, Kroger, Safeway, and Total Wine. Each sampling will pay $ 75.00+ and brand ambassadors receive brewery discounts. You must be willing to travel within a 30+ mile radius. Training will take place onsite at the brewery.

As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our craft brewery and promoting our beer to consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts such as grocery stores, bars, and restaurants, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Conduct tastings at events and festivals to promote our brand and products.
• Attend beer-related events to represent the brewery and build brand awareness.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Passionate about craft beer and knowledgeable about the brewing process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with people in various settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Furthermore, you will:

• Experience one-on-one training created for you, and for this brand.
• Execute tastings with all the tools you'll need to be successful.
• Engage with the company, the on-site staff, and the brand.
