Bilingual HR Recruiter
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay Rate: $19-21/Hour Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-time position
Fast paced employer in the car industry is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions for a company of over 600 employees and fostering positive employee relations. you will collaborate with our field management team to provide HR processes and workflow management, team communication, and administrative work.
In this position, you must understand HR principles, ensure operational compliance and be able to apply this knowledge to identify practical solutions for our business challenges. You need to be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information. Your position will assist in crucial decision-making. It involves heavy interfacing with employees and collaborating with leaders at all levels of the organization.

- Bilingual- Spanish is a MUST
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to HR functions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong conflict management skills to handle employee relations issues effectively
