We are looking for a compassionate Behavioral Health Coach who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care. If you are committed to making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Utilize evidence-based techniques to guide, motivate, and support children, teens, and families in achieving their mental health goals.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Conduct telehealth sessions from a private and secure location anywhere in the U.S.
Assist in completing behavioral health assessments and implement coaching interventions based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods.
Maintain appointment availability and complete clinical notes in a timely manner.
Who You Are:
Hold an ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed).
Have a strong preference for a background in mental health.
Comfortable using technology and providing telehealth services via video.
Highly organized and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Have a warm, engaging coaching style that resonates with children, teens, and families.
Passionate about helping young individuals build resilience, confidence, and well-being.
