Job Summary
As a Barista at Little Ruby's Cafe, you’ll create exceptional coffee and tea beverages for the dining room, and bar while delivering gracious hospitality. This role offers exposure to high-volume restaurant operations and provides a pathway to growth within the industry—ideal for those aspiring to lead and find growth in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee and tea beverages to company standards.
• Deliver impeccable service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and venue.
• Possess and share in-depth knowledge of the coffee, tea, food, and beverage menus.
• Execute opening, closing, and side-work tasks, including proper inventory and sanitation.
• Actively participate in pre-service meetings, training, and teamwork.
• Uphold professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Foster growth in others by engaging in teachable moments and mentorship.
• Tech savvy and comfort with programming is useful but not required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista and hospitality experience, ideally in a high-volume restaurant.
• Latte art must be on point (be prepared to share photos of your work)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods and handle up to 50 lbs.
• A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
