: The AVP of Finance will be responsible for partnering with Divisional leadership to develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies that enhance profitability and market share. This role will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting processes as well as provide data, analysis, and guidance to optimize business mix and return on investment. The AVP of Finance is a member of the division’s Senior Leadership team which is responsible for the execution of the strategies top-down. This position also directly manages the Reporting & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management within the medical supply or healthcare industry and demonstrate expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and competitive insight

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust strategies for sales, pricing, and distribution to achieve budget goals, gain market share, and improve profitability.
Revenue Optimization: Evaluate and recommend pricing, inventory management, and distribution strategies for various revenue streams.
Market Analysis: Demonstrate understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and competition by analyzing data, business intelligence, reports and other competitive insight.
Financial Modeling: Review and create financial models to assist in determining the optimal mix of business and understanding the profitability of potential accounts.
Forecast Accuracy and Improvement: Evaluate forecasts for accuracy, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance revenue generation and profitability.
Budget and Financial Planning: Lead the division's annual bottom-up budget process using Workday Adaptive Planning. Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
Contract Management: Evaluate insurance payor and business vendor contracts, prepare proposals, and conduct negotiations.
Financial Reviews: Conduct monthly financial reviews with division leadership and quarterly business reviews with corporate executives.
Incentive Processes: Oversee the monthly sales commissions and operations incentives processes, including calculations and analysis.
Compliance and Implementation: Ensure the implementation of corporate revenue initiatives and maintain proper market segmentation coding.
Data Management: Maintain informational databases to ensure accurate, current and thorough information is distributed consistently and correctly across all channels.
Compliance: Ensure the implementation of Corporate Revenue Initiatives.
Financial result: Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance to close financials for all accounting periods

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting. Prefer at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Experience in the medical supply, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling.
Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment and/or Enteral Nutrition industries is a plus
Big 4 Public Accounting experience and/or a CPA license is a plus
