Job Description

Hearing Health Center, a privately-owned independent Audiology practice with multiple locations in the Chicagoland area, is seeking an Audiology Assistant to add to our Downtown Chicago team. We have been helping our community since 1984, and we are passionate about reconnecting people to the sounds of life. We offer the latest in hearing healthcare technology while providing the best experience for our patients. At the Hearing Health Center, we work closely with every major manufacturer, allowing our practice to be on the cutting edge of technology and advancement. The ideal candidate will be an Audiology Assistant who can manage independently and also collaborate with a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and is willing to go above and beyond for their teammates and the patients they serve.

Main Job Functions:
•Employ best practices to provide exceptional patient care
•Assist and support audiologist in various functions
•Clean, check, and troubleshoot hearing aids
•Educate and counsel patients post-fitting
•Answer patient questions or concerns
•Maintain audiological equipment
•Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc.
•May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events, etc.
•Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
•Adhere to company policies and procedures

You will need:
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree (audiology-related preferred)
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Self-starter, team player, positive energy
•Problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:
•Starting salary: $50,000
•Quarterly bonus with additional uncapped incentives available
