A Visit Setter's main duty is to help our sales team to interact with possible clients. Appointments with potential customers have to be meticulously planned to avoid passing by opportunity. Initially you will be talking with our leads, thus it is up to you to pique their interest, build rapport, and open the path for them to become paying clients.
Significance:
Lead qualification is the process of contacting arriving leads (by phone, email, or social media) and assessing them in line with predefined criteria to ensure excellent prospects.
Set up meetings for our sales team such that their schedules line up with possible client availability.
Dealing with customers: Regular follow-up with potential customers helps to build relationships, solve problems, and meet needs.
Maintaining current and orderly all client data in our CRM system and precisely recording all interactions helps us to manage customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales staff to create a pipeline of qualified leads and booked appointments, therefore helping the company to grow and flourish generally.
Verification of Schedule: Confirmation Remind prospects of scheduled visits and send timely confirmations. Make sure beforehand all necessary information is shared.
Constant Improvement: Share your ideas on how to improve conversion techniques by means of lead source and appointment-setting procedures.

At least one year of relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable sector; the ability to plan appointments is an added benefit.
