This individual will use their organizational and project management skills to ensure that all project timelines are met and will be able to work both collaboratively and independently and has effective communication skills. This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed. Duties & Responsibilities Capture and edit captured content, e.g., photoshoots, events, and team videos. Assist the Manager of Football Creative Media with creation of recruiting materials used for general correspondence. Design custom imagery geared toward specific prospects being recruited by UA Football. Assist in creation and distribution of digital media content and production. Support on-campus recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Collaborate with Athletics Department's Creative Services Team to ensure an annual branding strategy is followed and executed and executed for the Football Program. Manage the content for and creation of recruiting presentations for the coaching staff. Assist with all strategies related to recruitment of student-athletes. Cataloging created content. Assist social media team with content planning, creation, monitoring, and editing. Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in camera operation and capturing events and/or photoshoots Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about NCAA football, high school football, and the players, coaches, and teams. Background in social and digital photography and graphic production/editing or video content production in the sports/ entertainment industry. Strong organizational skills, including planning, establishing priorities, and managing multiple priority projects. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor. Strong knowledge of industry standards, trends, and technical knowledge. Knowledge of NCAA, and Big-12 Conference, and University of Arizona rules and compliance related to this position. Ability to multi-task. Dedication and motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects. Meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitude. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. One year of experience. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Three years of creative media experience. Creative Media experience at the Power-5 level. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
