Agency Marketing Partner (Marketing Manager) - Full-time, Benefits Eligible, Remote Option

Leavitt Group is seeking a talented marketing manager to work with three insurance agencies in the Southeast. If you're passionate about learning, enjoy making an impact, and want to work in a caring work culture, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Agency Marketing Partner (AMP) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans utilizing a variety of tactics for Leavitt Group insurance agencies. This position will support agency sales teams to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.

AMPs must be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, self-motivated, able to communicate our agencies' views creatively, and a collaborator.

AMPs create and implement marketing tactics such as:

market research and analysis targeted email campaigns social media (organic and paid) newsletters local sponsorships & events webinars collect client testimonials and feedback local advertising inbound marketing LinkedIn profiles and content

You will have at your disposal the Leavitt Group corporate marketing team (graphic design, web, video, content creation, SEO, etc.). The corporate marketing team also provides reporting systems, design software, and automation tools (Eloqua & Podium).

You will work closely with account managers at the agencies to help them gather demographic data, coordinate new customer welcome gifts, birthday messages, etc. and engage with Google reviews and social media activity.

This position can be in-office (Cedar City) or remote. You will work in conjunction with the corporate marketing team, but focus primarily on agencies elsewhere.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience

Written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

Basic graphic design (Adobe Suite and Canva)

Social media experience (paid and organic)

Event planning skills preferred

Previous insurance knowledge appreciated, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000-65,000 (based on experience)
