Accounting Manager - International Operations
Salary: $150,000- 175,000
Location: Columbus, Ohio, Onsite

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our client's international operations department. This exciting opportunity is based at their corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in international project-based accounting. Experience in Latin American countries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Manage cash flow planning and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Oversee budgeting processes and project accounting activities.
• Perform project maintenance and ensure accurate accounting for all international projects.
• Conduct tax planning and research, focusing on international tax issues, including transfer pricing.
• Handle general accounting duties, with a focus on intercompany and consolidation accounting.

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong focus on international operations.
• Experience in the construction industry or project costing is a plus.
• Proficiency in international accounting and finance, with a particular focus on project accounting.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations, with an emphasis on Latin American countries, is highly desirable.
