What You'll Do

Reporting to the Vice President, you will ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients in a bilingual, complex, and distributed service environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Client Management : Build and maintain service strategies to drive customer satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight : Monitor service delivery to exceed SLAs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting : Oversee the preparation of client reports, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Relationship Building : Foster collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Issue Resolution : Handle client concerns professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
• Thought Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert for Trident’s offerings, supporting business development and delivering client presentations.
• Travel Opportunities : Represent Trident at client offices, conferences, and trade shows (domestic and international).

Other duties as assigned, aligned with corporate goals and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with tools for KPI and SLA measurement
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
• Proven time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluency in French and English (bilingualism is mandatory)
• Ability to adapt to a high-pressure, dynamic environment
